Due to the nature of our products, all candle and home fragrance purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Because scent preference is personal, we cannot offer refunds based on fragrance choice.
